Compensation Package:- Salary: $160,000 + Superannuation+ Commission (flexible)- Allowances include Car and PhoneAltitude is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a quick-growing consumer technology and electronics company with a portfolio of leading brands sold through major retail and eCommerce channels.

Join a market-leading technology business where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across a portfolio of innovative consumer technology and electronics brands. This is a commercially focused Business Development Manager position that combines strategic account management with new business development, giving you the opportunity to influence retail growth, launch new product categories, and build strong partnerships across Australia's retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with retail buying and category teams across multiple channels
- Drive the growth of technology and consumer electronics product categories through strategic account management and new business development
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising, market trends, competitor activity, and customer engagement




- Develop and execute business plans, promotional strategies, sales forecasts, and rebate programs to maximise category performance
- Partner closely with field sales teams and internal stakeholders to successfully launch and grow technology products in market.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience selling multiple brands or product categories into retail buying teams, ideally within consumer electronics, technology, or FMCG
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to grow challenger brands and secure ranging, shelf space, and promotional support
- Experience working with technology products, consumer electronics, accessories, or related categories is highly regarded
- Highly organised, commercially astute, and capable of managing forecasting, planning, and account development autonomously
- A collaborative relationship builder who can engage effectively with buyers, category managers, store managers, and internal stakeholders.
