About the Role
As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with showroom, phone, and online customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Audi vehicles and solutions.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the Finance & Insurance and Aftersales teams to maximise customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-focused sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A professional presentation and positive attitude.
- High levels of motivation, energy, and self-discipline.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Highly Regarded
- Experience selling premium or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of finance and vehicle protection products.
- Experience using CRM systems.
