Job Description

We are currently seeking passionatePhysiotherapy or Exercise Physiologyprofessionals to join the IPAR team atOrange NSW. This role offers flexibility, autonomy and the support of our experienced, multidisciplinary team.

As aRehabilitation Consultantat IPAR, you will have exposure to a wide range of schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans’ Affairs and employer‑funded programs. You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a variety of physical and psychological conditions, helping them achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. No two days are the same, and your work will make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a manageable caseload with support fromRehabilitation Assistants
- Apply your clinical expertise to improvereturn-to-work outcomes
- Partner with employers and employees to deliverinjury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct a range of clinical and vocational assessments, including:
- Initial assessments
- Workplace assessments
- Functional capacity assessments





- Identify barriers and design practical solutions to support recovery and return to work

Qualifications

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate professional who brings:

- Tertiary qualifications inPhysiotherapy or Exercise Physiology;
- Generalregistration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); or
- Accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) - please ensure your accreditation aligns with SIRA requirements for workplace and functional capacity assessments;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve positive outcomes
- Empathy, resilience, and a client‑centred approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation (desirable, not essential)
- Acurrent NSW Driver’s Licenceand access to acomprehensively insured vehicle
