Location:

Based in Bayswater, with work across greater Melbourne and occasionally regional or interstate.

Role Overview:

As a Labourer/ Technician, you’ll be working alongside experienced technicians and project leaders to help prepare and install Monotek’s rapid-cure MMA flooring systems. No prior flooring experience is necessary—just a willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and operate safely in a trade environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with surface prep and MMA flooring installation (Concrete grinding,



masking, cleanup, etc.)

- Handling tools and application equipment under supervision

- Packing/unpacking vehicles and managing materials on-site

- Maintaining clean and safe work areas

- Supporting warehouse operations when not in office

What We're Looking For:

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

- Reliability and punctuality

- Physically fit and capable of manual labour

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a small team

- Some experience with power tools or construction/labouring is helpful.

- Concrete grinding experience.

Other Requirements:

- Valid driver's licence and own transport, manual licence highly desirable

- Comfortable with early starts and flexible to work occasional nights or weekends (penalty rates apply)

- Based within commuting distance of Bayswater, VIC
