Our client in Greendaleis atrusted and respected egg grower and processor, committed to delivering sustainable value for shareholders, customers and stakeholders. We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Process Line Workers to join our team in Greendale, NSW.

In this role, you will be a vital part of our production line, ensuring our high-quality eggs are carefully packed, quality-checked, and ready to head out to supermarket shelves and families across the country. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork, efficiency, and a sharp eye for detail are key.

Pay Rate

- $33.24 p/h + Super + Required O/T
- Monday to Thursday 6.30am - 4.00pm

Key Responsibilities

- Egg Packaging: Safely and efficiently pack eggs into cartons and crates on a fast-moving production line.
- Quality Control: Inspect eggs for cracks, cleanliness, and grading standards, removing any defective product from the line.
- Palletising & Materials: Stack packed crates onto pallets and prepare them for warehouse dispatch.




- Maintain Cleanliness: Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and bio-security standards by keeping your workstation clean and tidy.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets safely.

What We Are Looking For

- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot defects quickly and handle fragile products with care.
- Physical Stamina: This role involves standing for extended periods, repetitive lifting (up to 15kg), and keeping up with the pace of a production line.
- Reliability & Punctuality: A strong work ethic with a history of turning up on time for scheduled shifts.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and the ability to follow safety and operational instructions clearly.
- Transport: Reliable transport to get to our Greendale, NSW facility.
