Accounts Receivable Officer | Campbellfield

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly finance team in Campbellfield. This is a full-time, onsite role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, building great customer relationships, and staying on top of accounts.

What you'll be doing:

- Processing customer payments
- Setting up new customer accounts, including credit checks
- Issuing invoices, copy invoices and monthly statements
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Following up outstanding accounts via phone and email
- Investigating payment discrepancies and resolving account queries
- Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger
- Meeting weekly with management to review outstanding debtors
- Providing backup for Accounts Payable
- Assisting with general accounts and administration tasks as needed

What you'll bring:

- Previous Accounts Receivable experience




- Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience using MYOB (or Xero) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to help where needed
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
