Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort and Convention Centre on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead daily operations at Sola Restaurant & Bar. You will work from the floor, coach the team and ensure guest experiences meet Accor's service standards.
In this role you will collaborate with kitchen and front office teams, manage guest feedback, and support stock control, training and compliance. RSA certification and adaptable availability are required.
