In this role, you will manage a residential property portfolio and provide high-level service to rental providers and renters across Sunbury and surrounding suburbs.

- End-to-end residential property management
- Lease renewals and rental reviews
- Routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
- Arrears management and rent collection
- Maintenance coordination and repairs
- Compliance with Victorian rental laws and legislation
- Building strong landlord and tenant relationships

About You

We are looking for a Property Manager who has:





- Experience in property management (preferred)
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
- Knowledge of the Victorian residential tenancies act [RTA]
