The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of buildings and clients.

You will have ownership of your sites, allowing you to develop solid customer relationships while applying your troubleshooting expertise to identify faults, optimise system performance, and deliver outstanding service outcomes.

In addition to service and maintenance activities, you will be involved in quoting and delivering minor works projects, including engineering, programming, commissioning, and system upgrades.

About You

To be successful in this position,



you will be an experienced BMS Service Technician with exposure to a range of BMS platforms, hardware, and software. You will be technically capable, customer-focused, and confident in building long-term relationships with clients.

You will also:

- Possess strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Enjoy mentoring and supporting the next generation of industry professionals
- Have a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and improving building performance
