APG Workforce is currently seeking reliable Production Workers, Food Production Workers, Warehouse Workers, Pick Packers, and Process Workers to join a leading poultry manufacturing and distribution facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for day shift work with 6:00am or 7:00am starts, working 3 days per week in a supportive and rapid-paced environment. What's on Offer?

Production Worker Duties

- Process poultry products into nuggets and other cooked food products.
- Operate food manufacturing machinery and production line equipment.
- Pack finished products and complete quality assurance checks.
- Perform repetitive manual handling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Maintain food safety,



hygiene, and quality standards.

Warehouse & Distribution Centre Duties

- Pick, pack, palletise, and dispatch finished products.
- Work within warehouse, chiller, and cold storage environments.
- Accurately prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organised warehouse.

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehousing, pick packing, or process work (highly regarded).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Availability to work 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
