The Opportunity

An established national construction company is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to take ownership of health, safety and environmental performance across its Queensland operations.

Reporting to the National HSE Manager, you'll play a key role in driving safety outcomes across a diverse range of projects throughout South East Queensland. This is a relationship-driven role focused on partnering with project teams, mentoring Site Managers and Foremen, conducting regular site visits and building a positive safety culture across the business.

You'll be predominantly site-based, working closely with project teams while also contributing to broader HSE initiatives including systems improvement, training and continuous improvement programs. With approximately 12-14 live projects across Queensland,



you’ll manage a focused group of active sites, allowing you to spend your time coaching teams, identifying improvements and adding value rather than simply managing compliance.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible on site, building strong relationships and influencing positive change across project teams.

What You'll Bring

- Experience as an HSE Manager or Senior Safety Advisor within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of Queensland WHS legislation and construction safety requirements
- Experience supporting multiple projects in a regional or multi-site capacity
