Quest St Kilda Road is a 4.5-star property that opened in February 2019. Located conveniently between Toorak Road and Commercial Road, just 3km from Melbourne’s CBD, the property features 104 Studio, One- and Two-Bedroom Apartments, a guest lounge, and gymnasium.

The Role

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be the face of the property and play a key role in ensuring an effortless and welcoming guest experience. You must be open to a roster that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays and have an ability to cover shifts on short notice from time to time.

Key responsibilities include:

- Guest check-in and check-out
- Providing exceptional service throughout the guest journey
- Responding to enquiries and managing reservations
- Handling administration duties and daily handovers
- Assisting with property and guest safety/security
- Maintaining cleanliness in public areas




- Supporting the readiness of all departments for the following day

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, flexible, and committed to great customer service
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, detail-oriented, and organised
- Experienced with front office systems and multitasking under pressure
- Team-focused and willing to contribute wherever needed

Availability

Quest St Kilda Road operates from 7am-11.30pm daily and shifts include

AM: 6.45am – 3.15pm

Late-Mid: 2pm – 10.30pm

PM: 3pm – 11.30pm

All shifts are a guide only and are subject to change.

Please note: most shifts for this role will be Late-Mid and PM.
There is a Night Manager on-site after hours.

Requirements:

- Current work rights in Australia
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience highly regarded
- Hospitality graduates/students are encouraged to apply
