H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting a participant in Croydon, Vic and surrounding areas. Ongoing, reliable employment with minimum 2–8 hour shifts provides a chance to build a long-term relationship with one participant.

As part of the support team, you will promote independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centred care, assisting with personal care, daily living, meals, and community access.
