The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection to join our Sydney team. This role focuses on Repairs and installation of all Passive Fire Stopping including services penetrations, light weight construction, access panels and Fire & Smoke dampers.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering service repairs, installations on building Passive Fire features
Good Industry knowledge is required as is used daily.
Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, Company procedures and client requirements.
Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients to maintain compliance.
Create quotations for works associated with repairs.
Liaise with building owners, facility managers, councils, and relevant authorities.
Develop new business through,
but not limited to, networking and tendering whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Stay up to date with NSW building regulations, codes, and Australian Standards.
This role requires a practical, hands-on role, with an ability to work autonomously, and a commitment to compliance, quality, and continuous improvement in passive fire safety outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in passive fire protection systems installation and maintenance.
Robust working knowledge of NSW fire safety legislation, the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation, and relevant Australian Standards including AS 1530.4.
Strong communication and client service skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Current NSW Driver’s Licence (essential).
