Vivid Property Services is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of client sites across Melbourne.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, compliance, and service delivery across a multi‑site portfolio. You will lead and support site supervisors and cleaning teams while ensuring operational, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

You will play a key role in workforce planning, client relationship management, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple client sites
- Ensure contractual KPIs and hygiene standards are consistently achieved
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits
- Identify and address service gaps with corrective action plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and onsite teams
- Manage labour planning, rostering, and workforce performance




- Maintain compliance with WHS and industry regulations
- Prepare KPI reports and operational updates using Microsoft Office
- Build solid client relationships and act as a key point of contact
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

About You

- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Supervisor role within commercial cleaning or facilities services
- Strong understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑site portfolios and large teams
- Excellent labour planning and workforce coordination skills
- Strong client relationship management capability
- Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency and performance
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and team-oriented
- Confident using Microsoft Office for reporting and KPI tracking
