Centacare seeks a Case Manager for the RESTORE Intensive Family Service in South Australia. You will assess families, develop cooperative case plans, and deliver therapeutic and practical in-home support to improve safety, wellbeing, and family functioning.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with child protection partners to strengthen parenting capacity and ensure culturally responsive care. A strong foundation in trauma-informed practice is essential.
