What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

- Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries

- Handling phone, email and in-centre enquiries

- Processing payments and private health fund claims

- Assisting with chair-side and sterilisation duties as needed

- Supporting general administration and daily clinic operations

- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey

About You

- Reception or customer service experience (healthcare experience advantageous but not essential)

- Flexibility to assist as a Dental Assistant across chair-side and sterilisation

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Confident using computer systems and managing bookings

- Professional, reliable and patient-focused

- A positive, team-first attitude
