Cooper Grace Ward has an exciting opportunity for a CateringCoordinator to join our Corporate Services team on a full-timebasis.

This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or customerservice experience who is looking to build a career in aprofessional services workplace. Working closely with our legaland administrative teams, Partners and the Executive team, you willhelp deliver seamless catering and client service across thefirm.

The Role:

In this role, you will provide high-quality catering and clientservice support while contributing to the smooth day-to-dayoperation of the Corporate Services team. You will also assist witha range of legal administrative duties, including conflictsearches, document and file management, uplifts and documentretention.

While full training and support will be provided, we are lookingfor a proactive, quality-focused team member who enjoys workingcollaboratively and takes pride in delivering an excellent serviceexperience.

The variety of work you will do includes:

- Coordinate room set-up for meetings, functions andevents.
- Undertake food handling, basic food preparation andpresentation.
- Order catering through suppliers.
- Provide tea and coffee service for clients.
- Maintain effective catering stock rotation andcontrol.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and internal teapoints.
- Maintain legislated food hygiene and safety practices.
- Conflict searches and general administration duties.

Requirements:

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5.00pm.
- Excellent personal presentation and a strong servicefocus.
- Basic barista skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to organiseand prioritise a demanding workload.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, particularlyWord and Outlook.




- Initiative and the ability to follow through onrequests.
- Experience in a professional services firm.
- Experience using billing software, such as 3e.
