Entire Air Conditioning Solutions (EAS) is a Brisbane-based, small close-knit HVAC company delivering quality-driven installation, service, and repairs across residential homes and commercial projects.

We work with Residential homes, schools, childcare centres, high-rise buildings, offices, and new home builds throughout South-East Queensland.

The Role

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Apprentice (1 st or 2nd year) to join our growing team. You’ll enjoy a mix of residential and commercial installations and servicing, supported by a professional team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork.

You’ll work across:





Residential homes and commercial sites

Split & ducted systems, smart zoning (e.g. AirTouch 5), and ventilation systems

VRV/VRF systems (experience beneficial but not essential)

Fault-finding, commissioning, and maintenance

Occasional after-hours works for key clients (with overtime)

What You’ll Need

Current driver’s licence and White Card

Strong communication and attention to detail

Reliable and Punctual

Strong work ethic

Ability to do a reasonable amount of overtime when required
