About The Role

Bio Gro is looking for a motivated Plant Operator on the rotating day shift, to join the team at our Newbridge site.

This shift pattern will involve weekend and public holiday work, to ensure 7-day coverage to support our site.

As a part of the role you will be required to complete pre-start checks,



keep your equipment neat and tidy along with reporting on any faults to our onsite Maintenance team. You will be responsible for operating Bio Gro equipment in a safe & responsible way, while executing manufacturing functions that include:

- Feeding screening plant hoppers, grinders etc. tailing away from equipment, building rows/stockpiles, loading trucks with outgoing finished goods, directing Truck Drivers to locations onsite in a polite and respectful manner, to avoid congestion.

About You

- Commitment to Bio Gro’s safety, environmental and quality assurance policies and company values
- Current Loader License (LL) essential
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximising effective manufacture
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Robust time management & communication skills
- Ability to follow process and procedures
- Organisational skills
