About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Stylist to join our growing creative team.

With the support of your styling manager, your primary focus will be selecting furniture, artwork and accessories for approved projects before bringing each property to life through exceptional onsite styling.

Every home presents a new opportunity to create something special, so we're looking for someone who can confidently make styling decisions, work efficiently under deadlines, and consistently deliver beautiful, market-ready interiors.

You'll regularly liaise with homeowners, vendors, real estate agents and fellow team members, ensuring every interaction reflects the professional, friendly and six-star service Cooper Robinson is known for.

What You'll Bring

- Has previous experience as a Property Stylist (experienced applicants only)
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- Has exceptional styling skills and a genuine passion for interiors
- Can confidently style premium homes with minimal supervision
- Has an outstanding eye for detail and knows when less is more




- Thrives under deadlines and enjoys the excitement of a fast-paced environment
- Is organised, reliable and highly punctual
- Communicates confidently with clients, agents and colleagues
- Enjoys working independently while also being a supportive team player
- Is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at every stage
- Holds a current driver's licence and has access to their own vehicle for work purposes
