Measurement and reporting:

This role provides an opportunity to work closely with clients and their families, carers and other professionals

- Initial Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) goal setting meeting.

Requirements

To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:

- Qualified Speech Pathologist, with Speech Pathology Australia membership

- Passion for paediatric practice and neuroaffirming care

- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and collaborative practice

- Committed to strengths‑based, neuroaffirming care

- Experience with NDIS participants

- Confidence working across clinic, school and home environments. We are a clinic‑based service, but value working alongside children's natural environments as required (e.g. observation sessions, care team meetings, etc...)

- Special interest in early communication, literacy, and/or feeding
