The Role

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead high-energy group training sessions designed to motivate members, build community, and deliver results across strength, conditioning, and functional fitness.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, loves coaching people of all fitness levels,



and brings strong energy and professionalism to every class.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead expert-led Reformer Pilates classes, within our brand new boutique Reformer Pilates Studio.
- Provide protected, technique-focused coaching and movement instruction
- Create a motivating and inclusive class environment for members of all fitness levels
- Build strong relationships with members to support engagement and retention
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment
- Contribute positively to club culture, energy, and member experience
- Support group fitness initiatives, events, and community engagement activities

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current ABN, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experience and qualification in Reformer Pilates training instruction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Positive, energetic, and passionate about helping members achieve results
- Working With Children Check
- Availability across early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
