Electrician - Industrial Installations and Maintenance

Positive Control Electrics are currently looking for some well presented and motivated industrial electricians with experience in industrial installations and maintenance.

This position is full time.

Positions available in shift coverage and project installation works.

Duties include:

- Industrial project works new installations
- Machinery power, control & instrumentation cabling
- Process equipment & instrumentation control cabling
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance of industrial installations
- Electrical maintenance shift coverage
- Installation of support systems including cable tray and conduit work
- Industrial lighting and power installations

Successful candidate will possess:

- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously as well as in a team setting




- Sound knowledge of OH&S; regulations
- PLC control systems
- Safety control systems
- Industrial electrical installations, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) procedures and requirements
