Tree Labourers/Variation Team Members - MR Licence Required!

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Tree Labourers to join our clients crews across Melbourne. This is a hands‑on outdoor role offering ongoing work for candidates who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and contributing to tree planting and maintenance projects.

This role is based in our Clients depot located in North Melbourne!

About the Role

Working alongside experienced crews, your duties may include:

- Tree planting and establishment works
- Mulching and garden bed preparation
- Tree staking and support installation
- Watering newly planted trees
- Operating wood chippers
- General labouring and ground crew duties
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Site clean-up and housekeeping
- Driving MR vehicles between work locations
- Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, and public areas

What We're Looking For

- Current MR Licence (essential)




- WWCC
- Chainsaw/Chipper Tickets - HIGHLY DESIRABLE

- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience in tree work, landscaping, construction, civil, or outdoor labouring highly regarded
- White Card desirable
- Chipper experience advantageous
