What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, primarily across Google Ads and Meta
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPC, AOV)
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose performance issues
- Confidence working with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution concepts
- Robust attention to detail and high standards of execution
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — you don’t wait to be told what to fix
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Experience required:

- 2-3 (minimum) years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and love for problem-solving
- Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced marketing workplace (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Confident using Excel/Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- A positive attitude and hunger to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
