Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking an Aged Care Assessor (Non-Clinical) to support clients in Traralgon South, Morwell, Leongatha and Wonthaggi. This part-time, permanent role focuses on non-clinical assessments to determine aged care support needs and promote independence.
