We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven sales professional to join our team covering Melbourne's Western Suburbs. This role offers the opportunity to develop new business, build lasting customer relationships, and be rewarded through an uncapped commission structure.

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business opportunities and growing our presence throughout Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

Your success will come from building relationships, identifying customer needs, and proactively seeking new business opportunities through face-to-face visits, networking, referrals and prospecting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory

Identify and engage prospective customers

Promote Speed Gas products and services

Conduct customer visits and prospecting activities

Follow up leads and enquiries





Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs

Provide exceptional customer service

Complete required sales reporting and administration

Represent Speed Gas professionally in the marketplace

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, independence and interacting with people.

What We're Looking For

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Previous sales or business development experience is highly regarded, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.

You'll be:

Preferred but Not Essential

Experience in sales, business development, account management or customer-facing roles

Experience in B2B sales or a "hunter" style sales environment

Knowledge of LPG, industrial gases, manufacturing, trade or related industries

A proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
