WhatYou’llBe Doing

- Leading end‑to‑end supply chain coordination for concurrent new product launches of both branded and private label / tender-based products
- Partnering closely with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing and R&D;
- Managing suppliers, materials, timelines, run‑in / run‑out plans and launch readiness
- Identifying risks early and implementing practical mitigation strategies
- Coordinating tasks, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders aligned through formal stage-gate and governance processes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, efficiency and performance
- Maintaining clear project documentation and delivering regular status updates

WhatWe’reLooking for

- Proven project management experience within supply chain, manufacturing or FMCG environments
- Highly relational with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Sound analytical thinking and a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to manage competing deadlines within a complex and fast‑paced setting
- Clear communication skills, strong attention to detail and inquisitive mindset
- Experience with NPD, product launches or process optimisation projects will be highly regarded
- Drivers licence and flexibility to travel to various manufacturing sites and suppliers as required to understand products, processes, and risks
