About the role

As a Showroom Sales Consultant,you’llprovideexpert advice ona large rangeof leading Australian and international brands that inspire the creation of dream bathrooms.

This is a genuine sales role where you willpartner with a diverse customer base including builders, renovators, architects, designers, and retail customers,buildingstrong rapport to win new business, encourage repeat trade and bring their projects to life.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

- Guiding customersand helping themchoose the right bathroom products
- Proactivelyidentifyingandpursuingnew opportunities to grow sales and market share
- Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Visiting customer offices and building sites to build relationships,understandproject needs andwinwork.
- Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

- Has previous experience in sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
- Might not have experience in bathrooms,



but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
- A warm, energetic and consultative approach and the ability to quickly build rapport and identify customer needs
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn current systems
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
