Walk straight onto a $35 million school build that starts next month.

This is a new-build education project for a privately owned mid-tier builder with over 40 years nationally and a strong Queensland awards track record. The builder actively tenders to protect five-day programmes where possible, and this one is no exception.

You'll work under a Site Manager who mentors properly, within a business that has real internal progression stories and a stable forward pipeline of Brisbane civic and education work. The culture reads welcoming and supportive without the Tier 1 red tape, and management is visible and accessible across every project.

You'll be managing subcontractor coordination, site compliance, toolbox talks, progress reporting and programme look-aheads under close guidance,



building the commercial and people capability that moves you into site management when you're ready.

This is a foreman role reporting to the Site Manager, not a site management position. You'll be learning the builder's systems, culture and delivery rhythm from the ground up on a new project starting next month.

What you need:

- Experienced Foreman or Supervisor with Education or general Commercial new build experience
- Prior experience supervising trades, managing site compliance, and coordinating subcontractors across a full project lifecycle.
- Open, cooperative attitude with a genuine desire to learn under mentorship and build long-term capability within one builder.
