Pegasus Leisure Group is recruiting an experienced Commis Chef for Highways in Springvale, Melbourne. You’ll join a tight kitchen team, be hands-on from prep to pass, and contribute to a rapid-paced service with a focus on kitchen hygiene and quality.

Role involves standing for long periods, supporting senior chefs, and working a rotating roster that includes nights, weekends and public holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available within PLG’s expanding venues.
