The Opportunity

This internal specialist role provides critical support to the ATOM Safety & Uniforms business. You will play a keypartin building andmaintainingstrong customer relationships while supporting the growth and continuous improvement of our PPE,Clothingand Footwear categories. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of the sales process and takes pride in deliveringaccurate,timelyand customer-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide second-line support to the ATOM Safety & Uniforms team, including internal sales administration and coordination




- Work closely with the external sales team and preferred suppliers to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions for customers
- Prepare professional recommendations aligned to customerobjectives, ATOM Safety & Uniformsfindingsand value-added service offerings
- Deliver high-quality technical product support to internal stakeholders and customers
- Maintainaccuraterecords, pricing and reporting using internal systems and Excel-based tools
- Support continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingprocess efficiencies and improvement opportunities

- Customer centric and service focused, with a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across orders, data,documentationand reporting
- Strong Excel capability, including confidence working with spreadsheets, dataanalysisand reporting
- Adaptable and resilient, able to respond positively to change and manage competing priorities
- Highlyorganizedwith strong planning,communicationand time-management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Previousexperience within PPE, Hi-Vis Clothing or Footwear industries is desirable but not essential
