What you'll do

- Create user-centered designs for various applications, ensuring they meet banking industry standards.
- Develop and implement frontend solutions for customer-facing portals and chatbots.
- Conduct user research and journey mapping to inform design decisions.
- Produce wireframes and prototypes, and perform usability testing to refine designs.

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/UI design and frontend development.
- Proven track record in building frontend applications, particularly in financial services.
- Solid portfolio showcasing your design work on portals, web applications, or enterprise systems.
- In-depth knowledge of UX methodologies,



including user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
