An exciting chance is now available for a proactive and organised administrator to join their growing Property Management team.
The Opportunity
Centrally located in the heart of the Newcastle CBD, you will work alongside experienced Property Managers and play a vital role in ensuring landlords and tenants receive responsive, professional and seamless service. No two days will be the same as you coordinate enquiries, support tenancy administration and help keep a busy portfolio running efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Property Managers with the day-to-day administration and management of residential properties
- Build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and internal teams
- Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries
- Process applications, notices and routine property administration
- Maintain accurate records within property management systems
- Assist with resolving enquiries and supporting positive outcomes for clients
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures and relevant legislation
About You
The successful candidate will bring:
- Proven administration experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence using a range of tech platforms, including Microsoft Office and
- A proactive approach with the initiative to solve problems
Ideal, but not essential:
- Previous experience in residential property management or real estate administration
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (or a willingness to learn)
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (working towards, or willing to obtain will be highly regarded)
