An exciting opportunity has become available to join a successful and well-established insurance building company with over 35 years of industry experience. JP Flynn Builders is a highly respected insurance repair builder, delivering residential repairs on behalf of many of Australia's leading insurance companies. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and quality outcomes, and we're looking for a motivated Repair Coordinator to join our growing Escape of Liquid (EOL) Team, based in either our Keilor Park or Oakleigh South office.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of Escape of Liquid (EOL) insurance repair claims from commencement through to completion. Working closely with Estimators, Supervisors, Trades and restoration providers, you'll coordinate repairs, maintain accurate job records, and ensure work progresses efficiently. You'll also communicate regularly with insurers and customers,



providing updates and delivering a high standard of service throughout the repair process.

We're looking for someone with previous administration or repair coordination experience within the insurance building, construction, maintenance, restoration or property industries. Experience with Escape of Liquid (EOL), water damage or restoration claims will be highly regarded, along with a robust understanding of the insurance claims process. You'll have excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident using computer systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional customer service is a priority.
