The Personnel Group is seeking an Employment Pathways Mentor to support the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You will provide tailored mentoring, promote inclusive practices, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-employment preparation to work.

This is a part time 0.6 FTE role based in Heidelberg with travel to Preston/Reservoir required to support customer engagement and service delivery.
