We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Pinkenba, Queensland. This permanent, full time role is crucial for overseeing and delivering projects that align with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while fostering collaboration across departments and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks,



ensuring proactive problem-solving.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for future reference.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an executive or management context.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and time constraints.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
