We're hiring a Dealer/Senior Dealer to join a well-established trading business supporting brokers and institutions across global markets. This is a hands-on, client-facing role; you'll be at the centre of trade execution, risk management, and pricing across CFD and FX products, working closely with brokers and internal teams. This role focuses on best execution, market making, and managing client risk with real ownership over your decisions.

What you’ll be doing

- Executing client trades and requests to best execution standards
- Managing trading positions within approved risk mandates
- Monitoring client trade flow, risk exposure, and market movements
- Managing pricing, spreads, and market-making activity
- Making hedging and market-making calls in real time
- Building strong relationships with external brokers
- Helping shape and improve dealing processes and controls





What we're looking for

- CFD/FX product experience is a primary requirement
- Equities or Options exposure is a bonus, not a must
- Strong execution skills and a solid grasp of market risk
- Hands-on experience with manual hedging and managing client order flow
- A steady head for balancing speed with risk control in a fast-moving market
