Job Description
We have an exciting ongoing opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer to join the Service Delivery and Assurance Hub Relocation Team within Homes NSW.
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative, operational and coordination support to a dynamic team responsible for delivering relocation outcomes for tenants across Homes NSW. You will play a key role in ensuring business operations run efficiently through the management of administrative processes, accurate record keeping, information coordination and stakeholder support.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys working collaboratively with others and takes pride in delivering accurate, customer-focused administrative support that contributes to positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
What you'll do
As an Administration Officer within the Service Delivery and Assurance Hub Relocation Team, you will:
Deliver a broad range of administrative and operational support services, including records management, correspondence preparation, meeting coordination and event administration.
Collect, compile and prepare information, documentation and reports to support sound decision making and business outcomes.
Process routine financial transactions, purchasing activities and administrative requests in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information and escalating matters where appropriate.
Maintain and update records, databases and business systems to ensure information is accurate, compliant and readily accessible.
Assist in identifying and assessing suitable vacant properties for potential relocation offers, supporting the delivery of tenant relocation programs.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the effective delivery of services across the broader team.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders to support operational priorities and service delivery objectives.

About the Candidate
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable professional who can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer service., Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong administrative experience, including the ability to manage records, correspondence, systems and processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise judgement, initiative and discretion when handling enquiries and administrative matters.
Experience using a range of business systems and Microsoft Office applications to support efficient service delivery.

Work Environment
A talent pool may be created for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.
