Are you a GP and TGA Authorised Prescriber looking to practise medicine with greater depth, continuity, and clinical engagement away from high-volume, transactional consults?

Total Veteran Healthcare (TVH) is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary provider delivering dedicated care to Australia’s Veteran community. Within a highly structured and integrated clinical model, you will support patients with complex chronic conditions including pain, mental health, sleep disorders, and long-term care coordination, all backed by experienced nursing, administrative, and multidisciplinary support teams.

This is an opportunity to work within a quality-led model of care where longer consultations, continuity, advocacy, and meaningful patient outcomes are central to how medicine is practised.

THE ROLE

Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive GP care to an established and growing patient cohort, including:

- Chronic disease management
- Pain and musculoskeletal care
- Mental health assessment and treatment planning
- TGA Authorised Prescriber management and monitoring
- DVA documentation and care coordination
- Specialist liaison
- Ongoing continuity of care via clinic and telehealth

You will become the primary treating clinician,



guiding each patient’s long‑term healthcare journey within a highly supported environment.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a GP who is:

- FRACGP or FACRRM qualified
- Holding current AHPRA registration
- A current TGA Authorised Prescriber
- Interested in chronic disease, pain management, mental health, and holistic patient care
- Comfortable managing complex patients with continuity and structure
- Collaborative and confident working within a multidisciplinary environment
- Committed to high clinical governance and documentation standards

Previous Veteran or DVA experience is advantageous, though not essential. Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.
