Slater and Gordon Lawyers is expanding its Outbound Call Centre in Ringwood with a casual Client Services Consultant. The role requires flexibility with a minimum of three days availability Mon–Thu, and Mon/Tues as a requirement, in a supportive National Client Care team.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, delivering empathetic service, gathering information, and arranging appointments with our legal teams. Training is provided; no prior legal experience is necessary.
