Haydenshapes is seeking a positive, organised and hands-on Warehouse Fulfilment & Customer Service Assistant to support our day-to-day operations from our Mona Vale head office.

This is a practical role combining warehouse fulfilment, dispatch, stock support and customer service. You will help ensure customer orders are processed accurately, freight and pickups run smoothly, and customers receive a helpful and skilled experience across the showroom and online channels.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability and the ability to move confidently between warehouse, operational and customer-facing tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Warehouse Coordination and Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, check and dispatch customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate courier collections and customer pickups.
- Assist with surfboard freight and general warehouse operations.
- Flag order, stock and fulfilment issues to the wider team.
- Maintain clean and organised warehouse, showroom and fulfilment areas
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks.
- Support incoming and outgoing stock movements.




- Work closely with the sales and operations teams.
- Help keep daily workflows running efficiently.
- Provide support across the business when required
- Assist customers visiting the Mona Vale showroom.
- Support enquiries across phone, email and live chat.
- Help with order, delivery and warranty enquiries.
- Provide friendly, explicit and professional customer support.
- Maintain a positive Haydenshapes brand experience.

Candidate Profile

- Positive, reliable and proactive.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
- Friendly and confident communicating with customers.
- Comfortable using computers and learning current systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Previous warehouse, retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Shopify or e-commerce experience is advantageous.
- An interest in surfing and surfboards is highly regarded.

This is a part time role requiring someone 3 days per week and would suit someone with an interest in surfing.
