Job Description

- SBA demand for TOM (Target Operating Model)
- Solid business analysiscapability (primary focus - 60-65%)




- Operating Model knowledge andexperience ( Lead (as BA role with allocated Service) future-stateprocess and operating model design, build and embed activities includingprocess mapping, workshops, accountability models (e.g. RASCI), andalignment to value chains or capabilities)
- Technical & data awareness(40%)- Act asa bridge between business intent and solution delivery, supportingtranslation of TOM requirements into solution-level considerations
- Toolsand tracking through Visio, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint to name a few
