Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements.
- Create user stories, process maps and business specifications.
- Analyse credit, lending and insurance processes.
- Manage stakeholders and support Agile delivery.
- Coordinate testing, defect management and UAT.
- Support data integration, migration and system implementation.
- Develop process improvements and product migration strategies.
