About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Warehouse Storeperson and Logistics All-Rounder to join our Luscombe team.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Leader, you will primarily support the daily operation of the warehouse. You will also assist with freight coordination, customer pickups, showroom and reception duties, sales support and general administration.





This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work but is also confident using computers, speaking with customers and helping wherever needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pick, prepare and check customer orders for dispatch or collection.

Book and coordinate freight through BigPost, Mainfreight, Australia Post and other courier services.

Arrange customer pickups and safely load and unload orders using a forklift.

Receive incoming stock and unload containers, primarily using a forklift with some manual handling.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in our inventory management system.

Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts and scheduled stocktakes.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.

Welcome walk-in customers, answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member.

Provide basic customer, showroom, sales and administrative support when required.

Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with workplace health and safety requirements.

Participate in training and contribute to warehouse procedures, onboarding resources and continuous improvement activities.

What We’re Looking For





You will be a good fit for this position if you are reliable, organised and comfortable moving between physical warehouse duties and customer or computer-based tasks.

You will need:

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, customer service or a similar hands-on support role.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Confidence using computers and a willingness to learn new systems.

The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive team environment.

A practical understanding of safe warehouse and manual-handling practices.

The ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 25kg regularly.

A forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.

Experience using inventory systems, CRM software or Microsoft 365 will be highly regarded but is not essential. Automotive product knowledge is also helpful, but full product training will be provided.
