As our New Vehicle Sales Manager, you'll have the rare opportunity to help shape the future of the dealership from the ground up. From building a high performing sales culture to developing your team and creating an exceptional customer experience, you'll play a key role in establishing a destination dealership.

A Day in the Life

Your place is on the showroom floor, leading from the front.

From the moment a customer walks through the showroom, you'll be creating an experience that's engaging, informative and memorable.

You'll spend your day working alongside your team, helping them introduce customers to one of the world's most innovative electric vehicle brands while delivering an exceptional buying experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Working closely with the broader dealership team, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the continued growth of one of the industry's most exciting new brands.

About You

You're the type of leader who embraces change, thrives in a fast-moving environment and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo when there's a better way of doing things. You lead from the front, inspire your team and create a culture where accountability,



performance and customer experience go hand in hand.

A current and valid Driver's Licence is essential.

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll have previous sales management experience within a franchised automotive dealership, either as a New Vehicle Sales Manager or an experienced Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step.
