Occupational Therapist/ Senior Occupational Therapist- Equipt To Thrive
Equipt To Thrive is a close-knit Allied Health team based in Mawson Lakes. Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants who work together to support individuals with a wide range of needs and complexities.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist/ Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team, not just to take on a caseload, but to be part of a service that genuinely values quality, connection and doing things properly.
We support NDIS participants aged 16+ across a range of presentations, and many of our clients have been with us long-term. This means you are not stepping into a high turnover caseload. Instead, you will be building meaningful, ongoing relationships where your input makes a real difference over time.

About the Role
Flexible hours available; starting as a part-time position, with potential for full-time for the right fit person
Competitive hourly rate of $55-$60 per hour + super, depending on experience and clinical level. All hours worked are paid at the same hourly rate, including participant sessions, report writing,
meetings and other non-billable activities.
Flexible working arrangements (home, community and clinic/ office-based)
Variety of caseload across neurodevelopmental, physical and psychosocial presentations
You’ll be involved in a varied scope of work, including:
- Individual therapy
- Functional Capacity Assessments and Specialist Disability Accommodation Assessments
- Assistive Technology (low, mid and high cost)
- Home modifications
- Sensory assessments
- Case conferencing and multidisciplinary collaboration

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Someone who values quality, collaboration and client outcomes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
