Seeking a Finance Manager - Trust & General Accounts!

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily trust and general account transactions in line with legislative requirements.
- Process receipting, payments, disbursements and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly trust account audits and reporting for management and external auditors.
- Monitoring invoice payments, and ensuring landlord and creditor funds are disbursed correctly.
- Manage payroll, superannuation, and staff reimbursements within required timeframes.
- Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision making.
- Ensure compliance with all trust accounting regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide support and guidance to the team on financial processes and account queries.

Requirements:





- Previous experience in trust and general accounts management is essential
