This role is a 12 Month FTC opportunity to join a well-established national organisation with a significant workforce and a stable, experienced finance function. Working alongside a highly regarded Payroll Manager and supportive team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across a large employee base using Chris21. Responsibilities

- Processing end-to-end payroll for a large national workforce
- Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time in accordance with relevant legislation and awards
- Managing payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
- Processing new starters, terminations, leave and payroll adjustments
- Reconciling payroll data and assisting with reporting requirements




- Maintaining accurate employee records within Chris21
- Supporting payroll compliance, audits and continuous process improvements
- Working collaboratively with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders across the business

Candidate Profile

We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You'll have previous experience processing end-to-end payroll for a large workforce and be confident managing complex payroll requirements with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Experience using Chris21 is highly regarded and will allow you to hit the ground running.

You’ll be organised, proactive and able to build positive working relationships across the business.
